Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Teeya Productions website at teeyaproductions.com (the “Site”), including browsing, contact or inquiry forms, and public booking or scheduling tools we make available there.
Separate contracts for client work. If you purchase or receive custom software, onboarding portals, professional services, or similar deliverables, those relationships are governed by the master services agreements, statements of work, order forms, or other written contracts you sign with Teeya Productions (“Project Agreements”). If anything on the Site conflicts with a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls for that engagement.
Business use only
The Site is provided for commercial and professional purposes connected to enterprise software and services offered by Teeya Productions—not for casual or non-business consumer use.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the Site only if you can form a binding agreement with Teeya Productions under applicable law, and only in compliance with applicable law.
You may use the Site on behalf of an organization only if you have authority to do so—for example as an employee, contractor, founder, officer, agent, or other authorized representative. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access to non-public systems, interfering with security or availability, circumventing rate limits or access controls, or using automated means (e.g. scraping) in a way that violates our policies or applicable law.
Forms, scheduling, and inquiries
Information you submit through the Site must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Meeting or call requests may be provisional until confirmed. We may decline or reschedule requests for operational, security, or capacity reasons.
Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and marketing or explanatory content authored by Teeya Productions are owned by Teeya Productions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to browse and use interactive features as offered, these Terms do not grant you any license to Teeya Productions’ IP. Client-owned deliverables are addressed in Project Agreements.
No warranties on site content
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teeya Productions and its principals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. For jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Privacy
How we collect and use personal information in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law to apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after the “Last updated” date above reflects acceptance of the then-current Terms, except where applicable law requires a different approach.
