Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

Teeya Productions (“we,” “us”) operates the public website at teeyaproductions.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we may collect when you use the Site, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Scope. This policy covers typical website visitors, people who contact us through the Site, and those who use public scheduling or inquiry flows we host on the Site. If you enter a separate onboarding portal, CRM intake, or custom client environment, additional notices or contracts may apply and will be presented there.

Canadian privacy law. We aim to align our practices with Canada’s federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as applicable to our activities, and with substantially similar provincial laws where they apply.

What we collect

How we use information

We use the information above to operate and secure the Site; respond to inquiries; schedule or confirm meetings; improve content and performance; comply with law; enforce our Terms of Service; and detect, prevent, or address fraud or abuse.

Legal bases (where required)

Depending on your location and the context, we may rely on your consent (for example, when you submit a form or accept non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests in running a secure commercial website, or compliance with legal obligations. Where we require consent for a specific use, we will ask for it in a clear way.

Analytics and cookies

We may use analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics or a comparable service) to understand aggregate traffic and usage. Where available, we enable settings that reduce identifiability (such as IP anonymization). You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where we show a cookie banner, through the choices offered there.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to host the Site, deliver content, send transactional email, provide security and availability at the network edge, and similar infrastructure functions. They process information only on our instructions and for the purposes described here, subject to appropriate contractual protections. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, legal, and accounting requirements. Technical logs are typically retained for a limited rolling period. Inquiry and correspondence may be kept longer where there is an ongoing relationship or legal need.

International processing

Some service providers may process data in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Where data leaves Canada, we take steps that are appropriate to the circumstances, such as contractual safeguards offered by major cloud providers.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete certain personal information we hold, or to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To make a request, contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.

Who this Site is for

Teeya Productions serves organizations and professionals seeking custom enterprise systems. This Site, its forms, and scheduling flows are intended for business use—for example, founders, executives, administrators, IT or operations staff, and other representatives acting on behalf of a company or other entity. Information you submit should relate to that professional context.

Custom builds, onboarding portals, and paid engagements are additionally governed by separate written contracts between your organization and Teeya Productions (such as proposals, statements of work, order forms, or master services agreements).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. For material changes, we may provide additional notice on the Site if appropriate.
