We collect only the necessary information required to provide our discovery and development services. This includes business contact details (Name, Email, Company) provided voluntarily via our booking forms.

2. AI Data Usage & Sovereignty

Teeya Productions adheres to a strict Private Infrastructure model:

• No Training on Client Data: We do not use your proprietary business data to train public or foundational AI models.
• Data Sovereignty: Once a system is deployed to the Client's infrastructure, Teeya Productions retains no access to the operational data processed by that system.
• Ownership: You retain full rights to all data processed by your custom AI Operating System.

3. PIPEDA Compliance

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We do not sell, trade, or rent personal identification information to others. Client data is shared only with third-party vendors (such as hosting providers) strictly necessary for the delivery of the project.

4. CASL (Anti-Spam) Compliance

In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL):

• We only send commercial electronic messages to individuals who have provided express or implied consent.
• You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or contacting us directly.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies strictly for site functionality and analytics (Google Analytics). Users have the right to decline non-essential cookies via our site banner.
